Terms of Service
The terms an organisation and its users agree to when using Pravaha.

1. These terms
Pravaha (pravaha.academy) is operated by Samagra Tech, India (“we”, “us”). These terms govern use of the platform by an organisation that subscribes to it (“Customer”) and by the people the Customer gives accounts to (“Users”).
Where we have signed a separate written agreement or order form with a Customer, that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page that conflicts with it.
By creating an account or using Pravaha, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
Pravaha delivers structured learning programs, runs AI reinforcement conversations and assessments after each unit, tracks progress, issues certificates of completion, and gives trainers a dashboard over all of it. Where the Customer enables it, Pravaha also analyses pull requests that Users have authored at work to build a competency profile.
We may add, change, or withdraw features. If we remove something a Customer materially depends on, we will give reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
Customers are responsible for the accounts they create, for keeping credentials secure, and for what happens under those accounts. Accounts are for one named person and must not be shared. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Trainer and manager accounts can see the learning records of Users in their organisation, including assessment answers and integrity signals. Customers are responsible for granting those roles appropriately and for telling their people what is visible to whom.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Pravaha to:
- Break the law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy
- Upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer the platform, or scrape it at scale
- Resell or provide the service to anyone outside the Customer’s organisation without our written agreement
- Submit another person’s work as your own, or use outside assistance where an assessment asks for your own understanding
We may suspend an account that is causing harm to the service or to other users. Where practical we tell the Customer first.
5. Assessments, certificates, and AI output
Assessments are graded with the help of AI models and are supported by signals about how an answer was composed. Both are estimates, not verdicts. A grade or an assist probability is evidence for a human to weigh, not a finding of misconduct, and no employment or disciplinary decision should rest on it alone. The Customer decides what to do with what it sees, and is responsible for that decision.
Certificates record that a person completed the units of a program on our platform. They are not accreditation, and they carry no warranty about that person’s ability at work.
AI generated content, including chat responses, summaries, and pull request analysis, can be wrong. Check anything that matters before relying on it.
6. Customer data
Customer data, meaning the learning records, assessment content, and any GitHub material processed for a Customer’s Users, belongs to the Customer and its Users. We claim no ownership of it.
We process it to run the service, on the Customer’s instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Customers must have a lawful basis to put their people’s data into Pravaha, and must inform those people that their learning activity, assessment answers, integrity signals, and, where enabled, their pull request activity are visible to trainers and managers.
7. Our content
The platform, its interface, and the learning content we author remain ours. A subscription is a right to use them, not a transfer of ownership. Content a Customer authors for its own organisation stays the Customer’s.
8. Third party services
Pravaha depends on third parties, including model providers, email delivery, hosting, and GitHub, listed in the Privacy Policy. Their availability is outside our control and interruptions there can interrupt Pravaha.
9. Fees
Fees, billing period, and User counts are set out in the order form or agreement with the Customer. Fees are payable in advance and are not refundable for a period already begun, unless the agreement says otherwise. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before a price change takes effect at renewal.
10. Availability
We aim to keep Pravaha available and to keep daily backups, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee unless one is written into a Customer’s agreement. Maintenance, upgrades, and provider failures can cause downtime. We will keep planned interruptions short and, where we can, outside working hours.
11. Termination
A Customer may stop using Pravaha at the end of its current subscription period. We may terminate for material breach of these terms that is not fixed within 30 days of notice, or immediately for serious misuse under section 4.
On termination, a Customer may request an export of its data within 30 days. After that we delete it, and it drops out of backups within a further 30 days.
12. Warranties and liability
Pravaha is provided as it is. Beyond what these terms say expressly, and to the extent the law allows, we make no other warranty, including that the service will be uninterrupted or that AI output will be accurate.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability arising out of the service in any 12 month period is limited to the fees the Customer paid us in that period.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to Customers directly and the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use after that means the updated terms apply.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
