PravahaYour engineers are shipping code written by AI.
Can they tell when it's wrong?
Pravaha is structured AI training for engineering teams. An AI mentor pressure-tests real engineering judgment, not multiple-choice quizzes, and your managers see where the team is strong and where it is thin.
Trusted by teams at
Engineers who can actually build with AI
Real capability across your team, and a clear view of where everyone stands.
A mentor that builds real skill
The AI mentor walks each engineer through real scenarios:
- Reviewing AI-generated code
- Deciding when to trust vs. verify model output
- Wiring up an internal agent
- Handling secure LLM use
It probes their reasoning, pushes back when they're wrong, and adapts to how they respond. They come out able to make calls, not just recite definitions.
Programmes built for how engineers work
Programmes designed around what your team actually does: shipping software with AI in the loop. Bring your own internal practices and standards, or start from our library.
A clear picture of your team's capability
See where your team is strong and where it's thin, not just who clicked "complete". Skill signals per person and per team, so you know exactly what to invest in next. Certificates issue automatically; the capability map is the part you'll actually use.
How it works
A structured path, a mentor that argues, and a read on the result.
Assign the programmes your team needs
Pick from the curated library, or bring your own engineering standards as content. Add it to your workspace and your team can start, no lengthy setup.

Your engineers learn, then get pressure-tested
A structured path with an AI mentor that answers questions along the way, then puts the real decisions to them: review this AI-written change, justify this trade-off, say what would make you verify it.
See where the team is strong and where it is thin
Per-engineer competency signals with the answers behind them, and org-wide trends over time. Certificates issue themselves when a programme is finished.
How you know it worked
Completion rates tell you people clicked through. Your managers get something they can act on instead.
Competency signals
One engineer, last 10 questions per area
Raised on 4 of 9 reviewed pull requests
The bar is the share of questions answered without the mentor needing a follow-up. Optionally, Pravaha also reads the pull requests your engineers already raise at work and reports what the review conversations showed, kept separate from the assessment bar because the two measure different things.
Measured, not rated
No one to five scale, no letter grade, no model quietly scoring your engineers. The bar is arithmetic over the conversation: how often a first answer stood up without the mentor needing a follow-up.
Compared to their own last ten questions
Never to a colleague, never to a percentile, never to an industry average. The only honest question is whether this engineer is better than they were, and that is the only one we answer.
Every claim has the words behind it
Click a signal and you get the answer that produced it, quoted verbatim and verified against the transcript before it was stored. Nothing is a summary you have to take on trust.
Answers from another chatbot do not count
Pravaha detects when an answer arrived from somewhere other than the person typing, flags it for the trainer, and excludes it from measurement. Otherwise the whole thing measures nothing.
